In this quick call, we’ll see if we’re a good fit based on your therapy needs and preferences. Our approach blends expressive arts , EMDR, and other body-based therapies, offering more than traditional talk therapy. We’ll also find a weekly session time that works for you, so your spot is always reserved.

Your first session is all about getting to know you and understanding your challenges. This 60–75 minute intake session includes:

• Follow-up questions from your intake form to explore key concerns.

• Goal setting: If therapy worked exactly as you hoped, how would you know? We’ll define clear benchmarks to guide our work.

• Virtual: We’ll connect via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

Recommendations: Find a quiet, private space (home, car, office) with minimal distractions. Headphones help, and silencing notifications ensures you stay fully present, this is your self-care time.
